As we enter the busy season, we would like to remind our valued patients that Derek Riseden, FNP, is currently available on a part-time basis, Mondays and Fridays. To ensure your medical needs are met promptly, our dedicated team members Brandi Moziak PA-C, Paige Yates PA-C, and Jennifer Riseden FNP-BC, are available to assist you. Jennifer Riseden is also a part time provider and will be able to assist you on Wednesdays.
Please note that due to Derek’s limited availability, it may be necessary to schedule pediatric patients with Brandi and\or Paige and adult patients with Paige for well checks.
