Derek Riseden, FNP
We are truly grateful for Derek’s incredible dedication to our practice. Originally hired as a part-time team member, Derek stepped up without hesitation to full-time when we needed him most during our recent changes. Thanks to him, our patients continued to receive the exceptional care they deserve.
As we welcome new Providers, Derek will return to his original schedule of two clinic days a week, specifically on Mondays and Fridays.
On the days Derek isn’t in the clinic, you will be in the capable hands of Jennifer Riseden, FNP-BC, Brandi Moziak, PA-C, and Paige Yates, PA-C. Plus, we’re excited to bring even more providers on board soon, ensuring you always have access to quality care.
We deeply appreciate Derek’s commitment during this period of growth and are thankful for the seamless support he has provided.
